Thousands of revellers will descend on the Grand Parade this weekend for Holi One, the ultimate in colour festivals. This year, there’s a neon twist – when the sun goes down, the UV lights come on, and colour meets neon for one unforgettable party. Cape Town will be the first city to host the festival on 2 March. It will take place on the Grand Parade from 12h00 to 20h00. Durban and Johannesburg dates have yet to be confirmed.
