Once the race is over, the fun continues at the Holi Festival, with music, dancing, photo ops, activity booths, and more massive color throws, which create unique color combinations guaranteed to bring a smile to the face of the participant. The Calgary Srithevi Karumari Amman Hindu Temple was established in 2007 in Calgary City, coinciding with the Chithra New Year. This temple is a charitable organization dedicated to serving the spiritual needs of the community. Park your car in the temple parking lot or use street parking on 4th Street for free on Saturdays and Sundays. Use overflow parking at the Calgary Italian Cultural Centre just one block from the temple.
